Puding Roti Keju

Bahan Puding Roti Keju:

* 2 lembar roti tawar, potong kotak2 kecil
* 75 ml susu cair tawar
* 1 butir telur
* 1 sdm kismis (resep aslinya pakai 2 sdt gula)
* 1 sdt meisis (resep aslinya pakai 2 sdt kacang atau meisis)
* 50 gr kraft cheddar, potong dadu kecil

Kandungan gizi :

* Kalori : 497 kal
* Kalsium : 397 mg

Cara membuat Puding Keju:

1. Kocok telur dengan susu
2. Campur roti, kismis, meisis & keju kemudian tuang kocokan susu dan telur, masukkan dalam cetakan yg telah dioles margarin, tutup dengan aluminium foil
3. Kukus selama 15-20 menit hingga matang
